Merchants can configure deals without code. You’ll need theme access once to place the extension or adjust placement in the theme editor.

Charges run through Shopify’s app billing APIs. Admins with billing permissions can change plans inside the embedded app. On the pricing page, the crossed-out price is the regular rate; the promo price beside it is the current offer. Shopify always shows the exact amount for your store. Your App Store listing should match.

DealGift disconnects from your store, removes app-owned embeds, and stops applying discounts. Shopify retains order history per Shopify’s policies; align this answer with your data retention doc.
